hi my name is Ash Wednesday!!! Hi I'm a filmmaker, artist, rockstar, writer... cartoonist... and much more. any way, I'm new to tribe... so here goes. I make movies... as do many of you... let's do something awsome. like what ash? well. and this maybe some prentious art film idea... but wouldn't it be interesting to make a film with like 50 filmmakers... in different towns... not really knowing each other... or mildly as the case may be with some.... and make a full length movie that somehow connects.

Tue, April 3, 2007 - 6:15 PMThis idea is not entirerly crap! One filmmaker in each place documents one particular event that has or will effect the entire country. Each place documents the entire event with collective DFX for continuity and we take all of the footage and tell a national story in real time bouncing back and forth. Each group would need a time limit and budget constraints; like a 24hr filmfest only we're all making different parts of the same movie. -
